Refund Policy

Merchandise returned must be accompanied with your receipt and must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are made in the form of a store credit.   Products must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.  Any item that has been prewashed, cut or opened is not returnable unless a defective condition exists by the manufacturer.  Published materials, such as books and patterns can not be refunded due to Copyright Laws.  Items that contain liquid or sprays are also not returnable.  We are sorry, but shipping charges can not be refunded.

Shipping Information

We will ship packages within 1-2 business days from the date of your order.  If for any reason this is delayed, we will contact you via e-mail.  We use the USPS as our preferred shipping method.
